Management is not very organized and visionary. The company was ahead of the market a few years ago and made some good innovative advances but it doesn't seem to have that vision anymore.

We get to work on highly complex and interesting projects, embedded within the wider group of Gehry Partners or in some cases, within the construction team of Gehry projects, exposed to the life of iconic buildings from beginning to end. Being under the corporate umbrella of Trimble, Inc., employee benefits and general HR are organized without ambiguity. Plenty of resources available. PTO is unlimited on a 'discretionary' basis, which can be hard to navigate at times but is ultimately reasonable.

Cons

I'm unsure of our division's future as we progress through the industry with BIM and VDC management becoming an inherent part of many firms.
