      Pros

      Decent pay. Working environment depends a lot on your department. Job security. Nice people with some exceptions.

      Cons

      Elitism and arrogance at the higher levels. Understaffed for the growth ambition. The insurance/hospital relationship is shady. How can the insurer and the provider technically be one and the same?
