      The pay for my position was decent, the work not overtaxing, hours were consistent and known with some lead time

      Cons

      You can feel that upper management is squeezing everything they can, this can lead to excessive pressure to do/not do certain things, also my position was advertised as "flex" work, but in the end I would always work exactly 40 hour weeks, so no benefits and no overtime.

      Cons

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
