Pros

Probably the easiest entry level job of all. You will either work in retail in the cafeterias, or in the hospital serving food to patients. I worked in the hospital, they provided ongoing training and there were some extra benefits of being a food service employee...My role was similar to a dietary aid, but so much easier. The pay was totally fair for the type of job. The ladies that work there are really nice and management easy to deal with.

Cons

Sometimes being short handed, but this is not just foodservice, is everywhere.

Pros

Remote and benifits first day

Cons

This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
