      Pros

      Decent pay for the area, day shift, flexible work schedule to work from home has been the best experience so far allow me to have work life balance

      Cons

      It is very hard to move up in the company even if you are a great worker trying to move up and get another position is impossible, the pay could be better, requesting time off is a nightmare if one other person has off the same day you won't be able to have off even if it is emergent

      Cons

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
