      Excellent facilities. Tertiary care center in small town environment.

      Geisinger holds control of delivery of most medical care in its area and there is essentially no competition, thus no other real options for alternative employment. Non compete clause in all contracts essentially means moving to an entirely new location outside the radius of the non compete if things do not work out for employment.

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
