      -Decent training/education -Good coworkers -Good benefits -This was my first RN job, I work on a med surg/tele floor. I learned a lot. I get to see a lot of things, I enjoy taking care of the patients most days.

      -Poor staffing ratios, especially since pandemic. -Poor staff retention. -Lack of needed supplies stocked on units -Lack of nursing aides -Poor leadership and guidance during pandemic

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
