      Nursing administration, Poor decision making. Asks for employee opinion but does not even consider it when hiring operation managers/ clinical coordinators. Promotes nurses that have minimal exp to management positions. other than experienced nurses.

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
