Benefits are amazing. The training environment is great.

Cons

The job is a call center job. It is non-stop calls from irate/rude patients. If you pause your phone you are being asked why and told to do better and take more calls.

Cons

This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
