      Pros

      Everyone I have worked with at Geisinger is so nice, helpful and supportive. I have never worked with a nicer group of colleagues and in a more collaborative and helpful environment. I also love the CEO, Dr. Jaewon Ryu and have tremendous respect for his leadership.

      Cons

      The pay structure could use some more flexibility and improvement to increase the pay for its top performers.

      Cons

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
