      Huge hassles that impede research. If you aren't part of the clique you wont get internal funding. It's too big and bureaucratic to be efficient or personable and still too small to reliably receive adequate compensation and raises.

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
