      Poor management unfair work load unfair breaks poor last minute jobs they want finished perfectly without going over time. Constantly changing job duties, Constantly changing holidays you work. Being told by management not to make plans for your time off . Get points that count against you and take a year to get rid of even if you have covid

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
