      Pay is not competitive. Unwilling to consider pay scale increases. New employees will make more than long time employees. New employees take precedence over faithful long time employees.

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
