Pros
Hard deadlines and long working hours for R&D and project employees. But for functional people it is too easy to work for Gemalto/Thales. Less working hours. Employees can start at 10am and end their work 3pm and still can login as 8 hrs. Long lunch hours. Very flexible. Employees are registered under Singapore but are working from any part of the world, mostly from different countries
Cons
Unable to learn from colleagues. Very limited job scope, Demotivating atmosphere to see some employees get benefits of working from any part of the world, Applying multiple half day leaves still able to get promotions and increment every year and some employees have to work hard to prove.
