It's challenging, fulfilling, and engaging, but also incredibly meaningful and FUN. Our leadership team reinforces all of this. They are focused and dedicated pros in the industry who have a fantastic vision which fosters itself in everyone who works here. Transparency is built into the culture, contrary to the tech industry as a whole. It's been a remarkable experience to work with some of the most intelligent, innovative and hard-working people in the industry. We move fast, but we do not break things. Gemini is creating financial products to solve a real problem where regulation and security are paramount.
