Pros
It's great working in an innovative space with an intelligent group of people. I generally enjoy the people I work with. They do seem to really care about the company's values here, which mostly feel people-first. The company has done very well in supporting teams during Covid. Remote work transition was seamless, and the company does a good job at communicating those updates and creating a "we're in this together" mentality. The company seems invested long-term in accessibility to crypto for many people. In the short term would be nice to see this start to broaden beyond the typical in-group crypto user.
Cons
The leadership team seems like a pretty homogenous group -- maybe with the best intentions, but they don't know what they don't know (and there is plenty of stuff to know beyond hyper-crypto focus). I know they're actively working on more diversity across the company, but they should definitely focus on diversity at decision-making levels. Cross-functional communication feels disjointed at times. Sometimes you're not sure whether your goals and ideas are in line with or overlapping with goals of other teams.
