Really low pay for others, one strike and you're out policy, horrible people managers who scream and fail to mentor, very wide pay bands for engineers. Long hours on some teams. Former manager on exchange was one of the worst people I've ever worked with. Even worse, HR during the firings would tell managers to find reasons to lay off or fire employees to reduce headcount during layoffs. If managers didn't like a new hire, they would do the same... find reasons to fire someone even if they were minor or didn't exist. True dystopia.
