Leadership. Much of our current leadership has either never done this before or have done it at companies where their experience is irrelevant. So much of what I encounter from leadership (if I encounter anything at all) is negative. There are obvious directives to hire people from certain companies and those individuals have proven themselves to be unworthy of the roles. What success Gemini does have is from its employees, who deserve much better. The obvious plan is to slowly nudge people out and outsource to India. It's also not subtle that people in high leadership functions in the company have been selected purely on their familiarity with this process.
