Product centric but hopeless everywhere else - Product Marketer Gemini Employee Review

- Founders putting trust in hopeless exec level management who have only worked for big tech companies (they don’t know crypto) - Horrific culture and some extremely aggressive and unprofessional behaviour which I think stems from a junior level of employees having recently been promoted to lead departments. after sizeable layoffs, creating a culture of imposter syndrome, terrible management and constant tactical, no strategy delivery. - Marketing in particular is an extremely unapproachable team, led by junior lead with frankly bullying behaviours on display daily. - Everyone is accustomed to start up culture there but the expectation to work any hour is immense and led by founders. Many ultimately leave from burn out.
