Cons
Leadership has shown very radical viewpoints since the recent election and internally, teams are feeling the heat. Severe turnover recently for multiple teams. No high level alignment over long term strategy even in a crypto positive market. Mass confusion and tribalism between teams due to poor management is exhausting employees. Competent and high performing team members are reprimanded and pushed out instead of being rewarded. Things feel upside down with blind unquestionable faith in leadership being the only mode of operation. Very strange shift compared to two years ago.
