Pros

Great company lots of perks employee access to cabins in Hayward. Free to work on your own no micro management. Postings of jobs internally prior to outsourcing.

Cons

No interest in hearing constructive criticism. To many chefs. Hire people who are limited by education, single income, low self esteem, allow gossip to run through out company like a cancer. Sold company to son-in-law who is poor at understanding human connections.
