Lots of changes to keep up with

Benefits are literally the ONLY reason I'm still here, because the pay is basic and lower than most manufacturers around Gemini.

Management ONLY cares about money. So much overtime plan on never having kids or a life ever again. They say Mon - Fri but plan on 10 hour days and Saturdays too. You're literally only a number to them even tho they give you donuts and tell you how well you're doing while they fill their pockets with bonuses. They push harder at the end of every month to make revenue look better while production workers are breaking their backs to survive, all while the supervisors watch from their air conditioning office. I've never seen a place fall apart as fast as Gemini is. Don't apply here if you want to have an actual work / life balance. It all sounds great, and Gemini used to be, but now it's all numbers and you'll be treated as one after the newness wears off. Feedback surveys are to make you feel like your opinion matters when really they just talk about them once and don't do anything to fix the actual issues. We are tired.
