Not worth it - Software Engineer Gen Employee Review

Became too corporate. Management is terrible, they don't have any long term plans or clear direction. Plans are being changed constantly, priorities are unclear. Constant layoffs and uncertanity. Low salaries, and impossible promotions. No salary raises or promotion even in cases where your performance is beyond the current level. If you stay long enough you will end up getting paid 50% or more below the market. AI is being pushed too much and given too much value. AI narrative is pushed too much by the management, even when it costs us productivity and solving critical tasks.
