Gen Digital was a great place to gain real marketing experience in a professional, global company. I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with different teams, and learn more about online marketing, campaign strategy, brand positioning, and customer retention. The company culture was supportive, and I felt like interns were encouraged to contribute ideas and grow professionally.

Because the company is large and cross-functional, some projects could move slowly or require multiple rounds of approval. At times, it was challenging to understand all the internal processes at first, especially as a temporary intern, but it became easier with more communication and experience.
