Pros

Good range of benefits and flexible working opportunities.

Cons

The recent merger has had a negative impact on the overall employee experience and morale. The work culture is non existent. Upper management is not paying attention to employee satisfaction. No sign of career development opportunities. Salary increases not in line with inflation and raising living costs.

Pros

Individual team culture is good depending on leader. Unlimited PTO, good benefits.

Cons

Leadership is unclear in direction. Giving arbitrary guidance on AI usage or RTO without context. Innovation is dead, growth by acquisition is their playbook. This means almost annual RIFs and teams being overworked.
