He delegates these weird, weird and erratic like the man himself, lengthy academic projects that no one gets what they're for. He's conning the board with fancy formulas and parlance cause he knows they be lackin technicals to understand what he sayin, and the man's just spewing bs. He's got zero awareness what his role should be. He's costly and we're running out of time and resources
