If your offer is in the form of annual package, do expect you would never be paid in full as you would never meet their sales target and performance target as the target is just inrealistic and only top down assigned. For everyone left the company no matter willingly or unwillingly, performance review would be the lowest category no matter what your actual performance was and that would save the company the full amount of bonus or commission, the most toxic financial system among all the peers in this industry
