Zero pros. I was not given a fair opportunity to learn the material, and it was not presented to me in a respectful manner.
Cons
Training was very disorganized. There was no structure to the time I had spent working my way up to the assessment I had to take. The people training me in my lab that I was in were very rude and discouraging. I would say it's the worst work environment to be in if you want to prosper and succeed with the lab procedures that you are assigned to everyday. Management is not communicative, I was not given specific guidance on what I needed to improve or how to work on those areas in proper English. I was not fully told about some stuff I had to complete in the procedure leading to downsides that I experienced taking their assessment.
