Pros
Management used a third party survey system to keep the pulse on what employees were thinking every 18 months. When changes in leadership needed to happen, it seemed to happen (the change would happen over a year or so). There were lots of company-wide events (about 1-2 times a month) to keep things interesting.
Cons
It's a big company so it's not hard to feel like a small cog in a giant machine.
