Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We believe in our employees and strive to create an environment in which they can excel. Moreover, we recognize that managers have a large influence on our employees’ experiences. This is one reason we are so committed to learning and development as part of our core. We are constantly working to improve our processes and practices. We recognize that as a larger company, some voices may feel passed over. However, all of our voices are important and contribute to our continued mission of helping patients. One way we are working to promote speak up is through a new global check-in initiative to increase communication, transparency, and trust between managers and direct reports.
