Pros

Great perks and work/life balance. stability, care about personal development. Great if you're at a stage of your career where you are looking for a solid, stable job that lets you have time for a family/hobbies.

Cons

Wasn't challenging at all, not all departments are pushing boundaries and innovative. Just a good job, but difficult to be passionate about. If you're on the R&D or production side, maybe it's more enjoyable. Also since being bought by Roche, things seem to have changed (not necessarily for the better). If you're younger and want to get ahead, this is not a great place.
