Pros
Excellent Benefits, Competitive Salary, 'Green' campus.
Cons
'Young' culture, nepotism is alive and well, toxicity and immaturity often trickles from the top, it is often about who you know, not how qualified you are. GNE likes to talk but they don't walk the walk. Sure, you can get educational reimbursement but only if your manager allows it. Sure, you can work from home, but only if your manager allows it. Management is a big problem at GNE. It is unfortunate. I've seen people ascend the latter not because they were qualified but because the manager personally liked them. If you don't play the game (an exhaustive game), you won't get far. And, all of this has nothing to do with good science or doing what is best for patients.
