Pros
Awesome people! Nice flexibility in work and breaks.
Cons
Work is strenuous, often on feet all 12 hours. Upper management needs some work. As a temporary worker, we are treated as second class citizens. There are no bonuses, no raise, we are even excluded from team outings. Regular workers are treated a bit better but not much.
