Cons
Organization is not always receptive to new ideas/strategies for execution, Genentech way is always perceived to be the best but in reality is not always the case when benchmarked against other companies, nebulous corporate policies/SOPs from Roche that provide no clear direction on compliance or strategy/system implementation, old timers (people that have worked 10 years or more at the company) who are still holding on to the past glory and refuse to do things any differently than what they've been taught to follow at Genentech, and lack of overall project team accountability to execute activities in a timely manner.
