Pros
Interesting product line and some pride in believing the products help families during tough times.
Cons
Hard to quantify overall but without a doubt, the biggest con about this company is just how lost the current leadership is. As hard as it is to look past the daily/weekly frustrations that derive from their continued failed decisions (or lack of making a decision), it's more important to note how drastically they contradict all of the company/leadership principles that they demand employees to conform to. The leadership chain is flooded with "yes men" that seemingly refuse to stand up for their plants, departments, etc. when leadership pushes a poor decision or demand functions "make it happen" regardless of the feasibility or whether it's the right thing to do or not. Unfortunately this chokes out the good people that actually want to make a difference and move this company where it needs to go.
