The clean energy business unit had interesting projects

The leadership team was completely taken over with former Tesla employees. They would make bad decisions and push everyone really hard to make up for the timeline they just ruined. Also, they do not tolerate any sort of push back on schedule, and do not trust the experience of anyone who was not from Tesla. The employee surveys were also a disaster. An independent consulting company came in and ran it, their finding was was that half of employees were upset with management and didn't trust them. Managements solution was to "increase communication" instead of replacing the problematic directors.
