Pros
The people you work around are one of the best parts of working at GA. Colleagues are smart, driven, and truly care about the vision and mission. GA sets high standards.
Cons
As with many companies at this stage of growth, GA is feeling some serious growing pains. There's been a high amount of turnover, especially during the latter half of 2016. Sometimes the bar is set a bit too high to be achievable or realistic. Talent retention efforts are next to non-existent, even for high performers.
