Pros

Fun and exciting work environment.

Cons

Many broken promises, about advancement. I accepted the job based on my hiring managers telling me I would be promoted in up to 3 months. Too little pay (not a livable wage), too much responsibility for the position, and too many part-time employees picking up the slack of salaried employees. They need to hire more full-time staff!

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and build experience with Fortune 500 and 1000 client projects, can offer flexibility since the work is 100% remote and contracts are on a per-project basis. Can be great for career growth if you're motivated to work hard and hustle

Cons

People are spread very thin on lots of projects, timelines can be very rushed and high-pressure. This can be a result of client pressure, but also frequently comes from internal issues with communication and poorly defined scope of work.
