Pros
Great coworkers, great benefits, exciting and empathetic working atmosphere, has the exhilarating feel of a start-up but isn't one, a long and in-depth training so you have the confidence to do your job correctly (it's the best I've ever had during any of my positions), managers and higher ups are reachable and easy to speak to
Cons
Not so competitive salary, the company loses it's values when it comes to crunch time during the end of a quarter.
