Pros
The first time a graduate from GA's programs lands that job that helps change their lives as a direct result of what they learned at GA... frankly, that's a feeling of content hard to find anywhere else. People here work hard, laugh hard, and care about each other. And the work can be meaningful.
Cons
Ethics of for-profit-education are real. Still, GA fills a need. The salary for new hires is below market.
