Pros

Overall, a decently ethical place to work. People are overworked but put a lot into their jobs. Environment is tolerant of differences, personal issues, etc. Very friendly. Good place to work if you are a twenty-something.

Cons

Organizational priorities were all over the place, with new initiatives being drummed up and then quietly phasing out after a huge rush to get something built. Lots of personnel management issues including big layoffs, people being forced to work ridiculous hours. Some positions just keep cycling people in and out as no one decent could be found. Shifting C-level strategies and goals contributed to your own perceived worth being in constant flux. There were a few cases while I was there of people taking retributive action against the company, or engaging in unethical behavior, due to dissatisfaction and frustration.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and build experience with Fortune 500 and 1000 client projects, can offer flexibility since the work is 100% remote and contracts are on a per-project basis. Can be great for career growth if you're motivated to work hard and hustle

Cons

People are spread very thin on lots of projects, timelines can be very rushed and high-pressure. This can be a result of client pressure, but also frequently comes from internal issues with communication and poorly defined scope of work.
