Pros

- Very cool chalk drawings - Excellent branding - GA looks like and talks like a super cool company - Good network of other tech professionals - if you "survive" your cohort, you have a good network of other new tech professionals.

Cons

- Terrible engagement and morale - Every single employee I know there is looking for a different job. When people are hired out, everyone tells them how lucky they are to leave. Unless you were a founder, no one expects you to stay for more than a year. - No work life balance - You are encouraged to do work before onboarding (technically this is illegal) and asked to do professional development on the weekends. The full time staff is miserable and the pressure trickles down. Most teachers are contractors. - No growth, no 401K match - For almost all positions, there's no career route. This isn't surprising, since it's a startup. No one expects you to stay for long.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and build experience with Fortune 500 and 1000 client projects, can offer flexibility since the work is 100% remote and contracts are on a per-project basis. Can be great for career growth if you're motivated to work hard and hustle

Cons

People are spread very thin on lots of projects, timelines can be very rushed and high-pressure. This can be a result of client pressure, but also frequently comes from internal issues with communication and poorly defined scope of work.
