Pros

If you're looking for a scrappy, startup environment at a large company, GA may be a good fit for you. Good benefits and work life balance

Cons

Recent layoffs and new leadership have negatively impacted the culture of the company. Very qualified employees who had been with GA for 3-5+ years were laid off, which was a domino effect and caused other employees to leave. Employees also aren't paid enough and raises and promotions are not frequent. Promises regarding promotions are often made verbally by leadership, and they are almost always extremely delayed. While there are constantly new positions opening up internally (due to the layoffs and turnover), there is not much growth opportunity within each function. The culture at the company has changed drastically in the last 6-9 months.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and build experience with Fortune 500 and 1000 client projects, can offer flexibility since the work is 100% remote and contracts are on a per-project basis. Can be great for career growth if you're motivated to work hard and hustle

Cons

People are spread very thin on lots of projects, timelines can be very rushed and high-pressure. This can be a result of client pressure, but also frequently comes from internal issues with communication and poorly defined scope of work.
