Pros
Work is fully remote at this time (if thats what you are looking for). Great tools for the job. Skills taught at GA are in demand, and you can take classes if you are hitting your goals. Compensation is significantly tied to performance - if you want to work a 13 hour day to make more money management will sing your praises for all to hear.
Cons
COVID and "post" COVID world has made it extremely difficult to hit your goals, which will hurt your overall compensation. When you don't hit your goals consecutively you are on the carousel to getting fired. All the experienced people are getting laid off or fired or poached for better opportunities. You are paid a flat rate regardless of cost of living in your area. A pro if you are living in suburbia, but a negative in NY or SF or LA or similar places. Work is now fully remote - which is a huge negative to me. The work culture and work / life balance was negatively impacted by this change.
