Pros
Super nice coworkers (at least in Product)remote work. Active "fun" Slack channels like music and trivia to promote culture and collaboration.
Cons
Leadership is pretty much non-existent at this point. The CEO quit this spring and has not been replaced. The entire company seems to be panicking and trying everything at once. There were a small number of layoffs early in the year and contractors were cut in June. Marketing is the only department that seems to be allowed to spend money and they refuse to look at data to help them make wise decisions. The culture is also very meeting heavy. While Product is working to change this, it means nothing if the other departments don't make changes as well.
