Pros

Everyone here is intensely passionate and cares about what we're doing so, so much. We get to work directly with students who want to learn from us, and part of our job is getting to learn new technologies.

Cons

Salary is based on years experience, not value or talent, and is less than what you'd make if you were developing instead of instructing. There's very little guidance or structure to how you do your job, which often leads to more confusion and frustration than empowerment. There's a very big gap in communication and understanding between global leadership and local instructors. Lastly, teaching for 3 months is a really intense job, and there's often very little break between classes, and few opportunities to do anything besides teach more.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and build experience with Fortune 500 and 1000 client projects, can offer flexibility since the work is 100% remote and contracts are on a per-project basis. Can be great for career growth if you're motivated to work hard and hustle

Cons

People are spread very thin on lots of projects, timelines can be very rushed and high-pressure. This can be a result of client pressure, but also frequently comes from internal issues with communication and poorly defined scope of work.
