Pros

The students and community make the brand great. Lifelong learning has been at the heart of the brand for years.

Cons

Leadership: Ever since Jake departed, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) has steered the company into a tailspin of poor decisions, resulting in dire consequences not only financially but also tarnishing the company's once-respected reputation. Their inability to make sound judgments has left employees questioning the competency at the helm. 'International' Mismanagement: The company's notion of "international" operations is a farce. With everything centralized in the US, the team exhibits a shocking lack of cultural awareness and competence. Their reckless decisions led to widespread redundancies, only for them to belatedly realize the error of their actions six months down the line. This cycle of incompetence reflects a fundamental ignorance and disregard for global perspectives. Mental Health Neglect: While the company boasts about providing resources in the form of PDFs, the support for mental health is severely lacking. Employees crave genuine support and understanding, not just token gestures in the form of downloadable documents. The company needs to prioritize actual assistance and empathy over hollow displays of concern. Marketing Mayhem: It's laughable how a company purportedly specializing in digital marketing struggles with its own branding and online presence. It took a staggering two years for them to roll out a new website, showcasing a profound disconnect between theory and practice. Their ineptitude in marketing their own services raises serious doubts about their ability to guide clients effectively.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and build experience with Fortune 500 and 1000 client projects, can offer flexibility since the work is 100% remote and contracts are on a per-project basis. Can be great for career growth if you're motivated to work hard and hustle

Cons

People are spread very thin on lots of projects, timelines can be very rushed and high-pressure. This can be a result of client pressure, but also frequently comes from internal issues with communication and poorly defined scope of work.
