Pros
GA hired some talented people. Space was nice though crowded for employees.
Cons
This was a place where the management truly had no idea what they were doing and skated off of their belief in their coolness. Their strategy changed literally every week and there was absolutely no way to stay informed about what the new strategy was (if there was indeed an explicit new direction) unless you happened to be there when it was formed and the only way to be there when it was formed was if you happened to work every night past midnight which meant you could only work there and stay informed if you had no family. It is a TERRIBLE place to work if you are an adult or if you have ever had a job before and know anything about how jobs are supposed to work. The arrogance of the founders was something to behold. And without cause. (In other words, they had nothing to be so arrogant about.). Lastly, they are known for their good education program but that program is based solely on the intelligence of SOME Of their instructors - there is no formal program for keeping the classes consistent or high quality. So a GA course really doesn't necessarily mean that you will learn much.
