      Lots of opportunity to move around within the company and work on all sorts of different projects and within different engineering disciplines.

      Cons

      Same problems with all large companies. Very difficult to get simple things done due to need for multiple approvals.

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
