Pros
Good people, benefits and pay. Many Great work opportunities! I love my group and the Leadership! I like that they don't spend money on fancy things that don't matter to people.
Cons
Not all Management is good to work with. If you are going to work here do your research and get the truth from others in the department. I'm in manufacturing & we have great Leadership! Not all departments are equal, example Facilities, not good, lots of turnover. Director there is really bad, was sorta demoted. But still highly unprofessional conduct. We cannot get the service we need from them, not enough cubicles, offices. Huge million dollar mistakes made.
